Enrollment fee
An enrollment fee of $1,500 is a one-time charge paid at the time of enrollment to cover processing of the application, textbooks, initial school supplies and an individual educational assessment.
Student services account
Initial funding of $500 establishes this account and is due at the time of enrollment in addition to the enrollment fee. The Student Services Account serves to pay incidental expenses for your child such as emergency personal needs, clothing purchases, individual transportation costs (such as bus, train and airfare), private lessons, etc.
Periodic statements will be provided to the parent or other responsible party. At any time the account declines to a level of $250, the parent or other responsible party will be asked to replenish the account to the $500 level.
Insurance assistance
Montcalm School provides parents with an itemized, coded statement to assist families in obtaining insurance reimbursement. Though we do not bill insurance companies directly, we are happy to assist in the process.
Financial assistance
Student loans are an option for parents considering a private residential treatment for their child. Financing with a student loan can allow you to make low monthly payments over a period of time.
